Q:
How can I check my email while I am traveling
or at another computer?
A: You can check your email from anywhere in
the world, as long as you have access to a computer
with an Internet connection. Just visit your
webmail link normally you can reach at:
http://mail.putyourdomainhere.com:8181
Q: When I check my email it says it is receiving
messages, but it just hangs. Why?
A: When your status windows says "Receiving
message x of x" and it looks as if the
download has stopped, it usually means that
you have a large message waiting to be downloaded.
Try waiting 15 to 20 minutes. If you are still
not receiving the message, call us. We can remove
the problem message for you.
Q: Why am I repeatedly
asked to retype my password when trying to connect?
A: This means that your username or password
has been typed incorrectly. Make sure you use
the login format of username@nac.net when typing
in your username. For your password, make sure
that any uppercase or lowercase letters are
entered exactly — for example, if your
password is 'MyPass', entering it as 'mypass'
will not work.
Q: How do I find out what
version of email program or browser I am using?
A: Most programs have an 'About This Program'
feature. Click on the 'Help' menu on the upper
toolbar, and then click 'About'. |
