Phase I:
Objective/Discovery
Throughout the Objective Phase, Professional Web Concepts works with you to determine your project objectives. Who is your target audience? Do you want a corporate presence on the Internet? Do you want to sell products? Are you looking for new members and or fans? Do you need an internal site for your company staff? Once your objectives are established, Professional Web Concepts can then help you devise a web strategy to meet these goals. |

Phase II:
Outline Phase/Design Concepts
During this phase, we have a design meeting with you to construct outlines, sketch out looks and themes, and plan the scope of the project. A well-organized site is the best web site, and Professional Web Concepts can offer clear, effective site architecture and graphic design to best suit your needs. |

Phase III:
Design, Programming, and Multimedia
After determining what you want to accomplish and how information will be presented, we begin the construction of graphics, HTML coding, other programming, and any audio/video. We will work with clients throughout this stage for testing purposes and to keep client appraised of the work progress. |

Phase IV:
Going "Live"
When the site is all put together with approval, the Web site will go "live" on the Internet. |

Phase V:
Follow Up and Maintenance
After your site is completed, we can handle monthly maintenance services or we can set up pieces of your site so that an "in-house" person with some web knowledge can do minor updates. If we are the host of your site we set up, detailed online monthly logs to determine activity and user statistics on your site. |
